Our Promise to you:

All clinics will have the following in place

• A safe environment for your treatment following the current government guidelines 
• All staff treating clients will be aware of all common symptoms of COVID-19 
• All staff will be required to wear PPE which will include gloves, face mask and face shield throughout your visit. 
• Social distancing measures will be in place with limited space for more than one client at a time.
• All contact areas with be disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant before and after each client.
• All treatments will adhere to strict protocols and guidance.
• Regular infection control audits  will be carried out.
• Sufficient time between appointments for extensive cleaning.

Clinic Guide for clients 

• Please DO NOT attend your appointment if you or anyone in your household have a high temperature, new cough or loss/change to your sense of smell or taste, or if you feel unwell in any way. 
• Appointments will be rescheduled at no additional cost in the above scenario. 
• You will be directed to a hand washing sink and asked to wash your hands then use sanitiser which we will provide, upon your arrival. 
• We may ask you to wear a face mask covering your nose and mouth throughout your visit. If possible please bring your own. 
• Please attend your appointment ON TIME. It is important that appointments keep to time to allow enough time for thorough cleaning between clients. 
• Wherever possible please attend your appointment unaccompanied, there will be no waiting area available and the space within the clinic room is not sufficient to allow appropriate social distancing for more than yourself and your practitioner. 
• Please do not arrive too early for your appointment. We recommend 5 mins before your scheduled time. This is for the same reasons as above
• Clients to pay by card only or contactless, reducing contact wherever possible and cleaning card machines after use where necessary. If for any reason payment by cash is unavoidable, additional precautions, including hand washing will be taken.
